Pill Dispenser for Parkinson's Patient
A Pill dispenser is needed for Parkinson's patients, which is a nervous system disorder that affects movement. This pill dispenser is meant to give a tiny pill to patients with trembling hands

Sketch
Figure 1 shows the 2D sketch of the pill dispenser with dimensions. Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the drawing of the pill dispenser in a third angle projection.

CAD of the pill dispenser
A 3D model of the pill dispenser based on Fusion 360. Figure sets show the dispenser from different directions.

Injection Molding Analysis
Draft Analysis is applied in this section to make sure the dispenser is injection moldable. Figures show the pill dispenser under draft analysis.

FEA Analysis
FEA analysis analyzes the deformation and stress into the model from structural loads and constraints to find potential failure criteria. Before the design change, as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3, the deformation is significant, and the safety factor of the dispenser is lower. After the increase in the thickness of the fragile part, the safety factor increases, and the deformation is mitigated as shown in Figures 4, 5, and 6.

LBM Analysis
Figure 1 shows the LBM Analysis of the pill dispenser and it is connected to the google file. Figure 2 shows an poster of the pill dispenser.
